Current rank : My current rank on the server is Moderator, i take sits and look over the well being of the server. I also have a lot of sits under my belt solved by either myself or with the help of another staff member when things got to roudy, or need to talk and look stuff up at the same time.  3.) Reason why you would like to be promoted : Why I Should Be Promoted to administrator 04/DEC/2018 Here are a few reasons on why I believe that I should be promoted to Admin. First, I’m ready to further my career as an enlisted staff member. Being the best I can be is all I’ve ever wanted and I’m ready to take the next step in this community with being promoted to admin. Secondly, I’m ready to take on more responsibility as that shows that I’m becoming a better admin and beginning to make progress on becoming a leader because with more rank comes more responsibility. What am I going to do after the promotion? I am going to take the responsibilities and tasks that I am given and carry out and perform them to my upmost best ability. I am going to be more motivated and take more initiative to get things done quicker and more efficiently than before. I’m going to learn my job and equipment until I am at the highest standard of a admin. I’m going to sharpen my skills and begin to take leadership. Here are a few flaws that I have found in myself. To begin, I could motivate myself more and take more initiative to get things done faster. I need to work on learning my job better and expanding my knowledge of the console. I need to keep my attitude to myself, and I need to help other people out more. 4.) What will we gain from promoting you : from promoting me you will gain a hardworking, trusted, well known induvidual, with the knowlege to swiftly get things done. i work hard to do my job and am not afraid to take action when the time is needed to have a safe and well composed server, with players almost never knowing anything went wrong in the first place, I am very enthusiastic at my work i find it fun and fulfilling to do the job that has been tasked upon me every day. I am on day and night doing my job of helping and disaplining people when needed. i may be a fun loving guy most of the time but i can also be  very serious. example there are five people talking at once in a sit. instead of sitting back and waiting for them to finish i would. one freeze |two gag| three talk sternly but calmly |four ungag one at a time and let each speak there peace in order if that does not work then i have to get stearn and ask other admins to help see if they saw anything and look in logs for the real culpret.  and lastly i hope to get this promotion not to just get it, or boast and bragg to everybody, but to see if i have been doing enough to help out the server in the way you need me to.
